Brielle of Dust + Form has been a friend and client for years. We’ve always dreamed of finding a way to incorporate her incredible art into our space (though our shelves are already full of heme bowls and other delights). After deciding on a ceramic light fixture thread that we wanted to weave into #maisonbodega, we approached Brielle about creating fixtures, particularly for over the marble staircase.
She created forms that were as dreamy and unique as the space. For us, the ability to commission something from someone as talented and kind as Brielle is a dream. Also, being able to connect her with our electrician Matthew, of Norse Electric, to work through some of the technical considerations is part of the Bodega process. We’ve managed to collect this family of incredible humans — how can me make beautiful things together?
